Tropical Storm Watch posted for southeast Florida

For Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef Club. Winds are up to 50 mph and Noel will probably strengthen. Noel won't landfall in Florida but will make its closest approach around 2 PM on Thursday.
