Another chance for wintry weather in North Georgia

Well, it looks like a better shot this time...the cold air is in place (it was a high of about 37 yesterday and a low of 16), and the moisture is coming in from the Gulf of Mexico Wednesday night & Thursday. It looks like an area starting just north of Macon will get freezing rain, and the north Georgia Mountains might get some snow. The next update will probably be early afternoon. The statements from the National Weather Service however are already talking about issuing Winter Weather Watches & Warnings, but nothing yet.
